DMG was mobilized to construct two non-acute 50 person temporary hospitals at the New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, NJ. These turn-key facilities reached full operational capability within 14 days of notice to proceed, arriving on schedule and under budget.
These combined temperature controlled facilities will support up to 100 patients and include restrooms, showers, patient pods with nurse calls, nourishment stations, medical gas storage, nursing stations, and other essential support elements.
Both facilities feature back-up power generation with automatic transfer switches that provide emergency power in 10 seconds or less should power by interrupted.
“When we were asked to construct a rapid response center at the New Bridge Medical Center with a very quick turn-around, we jumped at the opportunity”, said Nate Albers, President and Founder of DMG. “By deploying teams who worked around the clock, we were able to complete construction within 14-days and we are grateful to all of those that made this facility a reality”
This state-of-the-art temporary medical facility provides basic healthcare functions with an emphasis on patient isolation, infection control, fire protection and life safety.
