Base Camp Products and Services

Billeting Facilities
Billeting tents provide a minimum of 50 square feet per person of living space and are engineered for a minimum of 73 mph hour sustained winds and 90 mph 3-second wind gusts.  Billeting facilities include tent structures with walls, raised flooring, HVAC, lights, doors, emergency exit lights, CO2/smoke alarms, fire extinguishers. Base Camp Services can also provide billeting in trailers and containerized housing solutions at an additional cost.

Administration Areas
Administration Tents are generally provided at rate of 600 square feet per 500 PAX of camp occupancy and are engineered for a minimum of 73 mph hour sustained winds and 90 mph 3-second wind gusts.  Administration tents include tent structures with walls, raised flooring, HVAC, lights, doors, tables, chairs, emergency exit lights, CO2/smoke alarms, fire extinguishers. Base Camp Services can also provide Administration facilities in trailers as well as containerized office solutions at an additional cost.

Dining Facilities (DFAC)
Dining Facilities are designed to that 50% of camp occupancy to be seated can be seated for any given meal period.  Dining Tents are engineered for a minimum of 73 mph hour sustained winds and 90 mph 3-second burst and include the tent, walls, raised flooring, HVAC, lights, doors, emergency exit lights, CO2/smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, tables, chairs, buffet lines. Base Camp Services will also provide janitorial services 2x daily for the dining facilities.

Kitchen Tent
Kitchen tents are designed and equipped to support the full-service catering needs of the camp population.  These structures are engineered for minimum of 73 mph hour sustained winds and 90 mph 3-second burst and include tent, walls, raised flooring, HVAC, lights, doors, emergency exit lights, CO2/smoke alarms, and K-class fire extinguishers.  Support equipment will also include dry storage areas, reefers, LP gas, potable water, hot water sink, ice maker, hand wash sinks, etc. Base Camp ServicesG may also provide mobile kitchen trailer to support catering operations depending on the application. Base Camp Services will also provide janitorial services 2x daily for the dining facilities.

Laundry Facilities
Laundry facilities are designed and equipped to support the full camp population at the FEMA and Department of Defense rate of 1 washer/1 dryer per 30 PAX of camp population.  These structures are engineered for a minimum of 73 mph hour sustained winds and 90 mph 3-second burst and include the tent, walls, raised flooring, HVAC, lights, doors, emergency exit lights, CO2/smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, washers, dryers, and folding tables.  In certain applications Base Camp Services may also utilize shower containers and/or shower trailers.  The laundry facilities can be self-service or Base Camp Services can provide full-service with laundry staff for an additional cost.

HVAC/Power Generation/Power Distribution/Light Sets
Base Camp Services will provide sound-attenuated diesel generators that fully grounded to conform to code and will use NEMA rated power distribution for all contracted provided facilities and equipment.  Any/all Base Camp Services provided tent facilities will include an integrated HVAC system to maintain facility temperatures within the 68-76 degree range year round. Base Camp Services will also provide onsite technical support, Operation and Management (O&M), and periodic oil and filters changes on a fixed preventative maintenance schedule. Base Camp Services to will also provide diesel lights sets for the base camp operational area.

Food Service/Catering
Base Camp Services to provide full-service catering to include breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages for the full camp population throughout the Period of Performance. Base Camp Services will provide weekly menus and will work with the client to provide meet adequate vegetarian meals, Kosher meals, or other meals to meet required dietary restrictions for an additional cost.  For the COVID-19 response Base Camp Services is providing individually packaged hot and cold meals and individually packed beverages at all of the CDC/HHS, DOD, and State level sites we are supporting. Base Camp Serviceshas included packaged meals in the pricing below.

Shower Services
Base Camp Services to provide Containerized Shower Units (CSUs) and/or Shower Trailers to support the entire camp population throughout the full Period of Performance. At a minimum showers will be provided at a rate on 1 per 20 PAX based on the camp population and all units are temperature controlled. Whenever possible Base Camp Services will connect to existing utilities for potable water supply and wastewater removal.  If utilities are not available then Base Camp Services will provide the necessary bladders, holding tanks, and tanker trucks to provide potable water and wastewater disposal as needed.

Restrooms/Handwash Sinks
Base Camp Services will provide Containerized Restroom Units (CRUs), Restroom Trailers, and Chemical Toilets at a rate of 1 per 20 PAX and dispersed throughout the base camp facilities. Whenever possible Base Camp Serviceswill connect to existing utilities for potable water supply and wastewater removal.  If utilities are not available then Base Camp Services will provide the necessary bladders, holding tanks, and tanker trucks to provide potable water and wastewater disposal as needed.

Consumables/Supply Chain/Support Services
Base Camp Services to transport, store, and distribute potable water from an approved potable water point; v to provide diesel fuel transport, storage, and distribution for all contracted provided equipment; Base Camp Services to provide LP gas transport, storage, and distribution for all contracted provided equipment; Base Camp Servicesto provide solid waste dumpsters and removal and disposal of all contractor related solid waste; Base Camp Services to transport, store, and dispose of waste water  to an approved waste water disposal site and/or incinerating units onsite. Base Camp Services to provide pest/vector control for all contractor provided facilities for the duration of the Period of Performance (PoP). Client to provide diesel fuel for generators and light sets or Base Camp Services can provide the diesel fuel on a cost plus basis.

Facilities Management/Onsite Technical Support/O&M
Base Camp Services to provide all necessary camp management, onsite technical support, material handling equipment (MHE), etc. to support and sustain 24/7 camp operations for the duration of the Period of Performance (POP).

Prices DO NOT include sales tax and or duties if applicable, work permits, site leasing, site prep, site restoration, security, and/or medical services.  ALL PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO BASE CAMP SERVICES AVAILABILTY AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.  MOBILIZATION AND DEMOBILIZATION CHARGES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE BASED ON LOCATION.
